Placing an Order:
American Window Industries, Inc. will measure all windows requested upon receipt of $300.00 measure fee. Once fee is received an Alside factory installer will contact homeowner within 36 hours and schedule a time to come to the home and measure all window openings requested. An American Window Industries, Inc. representative will contact homeowner within 36 hours of receiving re-measure from Alside factory installer to review homeowner’s measurements and verify the total cost. At this point homeowner has until midnight of that day to cancel order $300.00 measure fee is non-refundable. Credit card will be charged the full balance after customer receives the window verification email. American Window Industries, Inc. has a 5 window minimum for standard style windows. This includes double hungs, sliders, casements, awning windows and basement hoppers. Windows will be inst alled within 3 to 4 week time frame from re-measure, homeowner will be notified of installation date by an Alside Installation Specialist. Enjoy your new windows!
